So I am sitting here editing photos with so much on my mind.
- Things I don’t want to plan but have to.
- Things I do want to plan but shouldn’t.
- To do lists that should be written but if they were, I might curl up into a ball and cry.
- How my life is about to change drastically and things will never be the same again.
I mean… lots of stuff is swirling around in my head! So I’m sitting here processing photos… with lots on my mind… yadda yadda… when I see this photo. And it made me laugh out loud. I mean really, can you count how many mouths are wide open?

This wedding was so fun. I think at one point I heard the groom say it was the “party of the century.” I may have to agree. This reception didn’t just have ONE of “those guys” who is on the dance floor all night. Oh no. I am pretty sure I lost count of the number of guys who not only were on the dance floor ALL night, but could have entertained the whole party with their moves alone. Talk about a photographer’s playground!
All that rambling to say… this photo is my ray of sunshine tonight. It is full of joy, fun, and happy memories in the making. And that is what life is about, right?
I love my job… and I’m thankful to have that in this moment.
I’m taking a break from this editing to go spend some time with my husband. Because that is what life is about: relationships, joy, and memories.
Have a wonderful evening, friends!
