Baby Delia | Virginia Birth Photographer

I cannot begin to describe the joy and excitement I feel when I am given the opportunity to photograph a birth. I know that is it an unusual and slightly unpopular type of photography right now, but I am willing to bet that will be changing over time. I have never felt such satisfaction in my work as I had when a new mother called to tell me, through tears, how appreciative she is of the photos I was able to take during her birthing experience. I hope I have many more opportunities to capture this moment for new parents!

Anyway…. enough about me and now onto the stars of this slideshow! I would like to introduce you to baby Delia and her parents, Amber and Derek. Amber was amazing (with her endless strength and perserverance)… and Derek… well he was both amazing and excited and I know they are both going to be incredible parents! But okay, I’ll just let the slideshow speak for itself!
