I am looking for expecting mothers (within a 2hr drive from central VA and having a due date on or after July 1, 2009) who are interested in having a Birth Anthology made of their birthing experience.
Birth photography is not a very common form of photography, but in my opinion it is one of the most cherished photo sessions of all. As you have seen on my blog, I have had the opportunity to experience a variety of photo sessions and birth photography has become one of my favorite types of photography. The opportunity to capture the emotions in your birthing room through a journalistic, unobtrusive approach is a true honor to me.
So what is included in the casting call?
- A prenatal consultation to discuss your specific wishes and requests about the pictures you will have taken.
- Full event coverage: I will come to photograph the birth experience and stay through the first hour after your baby is born.
- A DVD slideshow of images set to music telling your story. (See an example here.)
- 50% off of a maternity OR newborn session fee ($75 savings!)
- 15% off of any a la carte products (albums, birth announcements, prints, etc.)
Offer is available to the first five (5) people who respond and return a signed model release contract.
